Gym on Grimshaw 24/7 is an independently owned and passionately run facility. We pride ourselves on offering great customer service, industry experience and value for money.
All staffed hours staffed by trainers with 10+ years industry experience.
We are currently closed for renovations. Once we reopen there will be no booking system before you train. We will provide a clean and spacious environment with plenty of fresh air flowing through the doors. We have the tightest systems around gym hygiene and attendance numbers during staffed and 24/7 times.
