I have been going to the gym on grimshaw for nearly 2 years now and the support and knowledge from Dave has helped me with many injuries and strength work along the way. It has helped me a lot to learn more about my body. The HIIT and core classes are changing up all the time and are very challenging and rewarding at the same time.
